Hello!

I have been patiently waiting for the arrival of Spring here in Chicago, and it appears that it may have arrived! I hope that wherever you are, you are enjoying your day. I have been spending my day doing some exciting laundry and I’ve also been putting the finishing touches on a new essay I’m about to shop around. I haven’t posted much lately because my mind has been a bit preoccupied because I’m also back in school! I sit down to write something for the blog and my mind drifts to other things. I have to do better at setting aside time for this blog because it…as well as my readers mean so much to me.

Anyway, I hope that every one of you are taking care of your emotional selves and are feeling your feelings, and all that other good stuff that can be challenging, but necessary for us to be healthy. I will be back soon with a post about how my old fears of abandonment recently crept up on me and left me feeling pretty terrible…and also how confronting those abandonment fears are necessary for me to be able to let them go. I’ve also had a host of other wonderful breakthroughs that I will share in the weeks to come.
